Paeonia officinalis plant kashmir

PEONY FLOWER PLANTS

Peony (Paeonia lactiflora-Paeonia officinalis) is an herb. The roots are commonly used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for many purposes.

Peony might block chemicals that can cause pain and swelling. It might also prevent blood clotting, kill cancer cells, and act as an antioxidant. Peony is sometimes called red peony and white peony. This refers to the color of the processed root, not the color of the flowers.

People use peony for menstrual cramps, aging skincoughepilepsypsoriasis, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.

Sweet Violet plants of Kashmir

Violet is a small, delicate and evergreen plant in spring. Whose leaves are dark green in color and heart shaped. Its branches are thin, delicate and crooked. Its flower is called  Gul-e-Banafasha. The stalk of this flower is two and a half inches long, on which is a half-inch fragrant flower with five petals, a reddish blue. But some have white flowers too. There are also hairs on the stem.

The violet plant is originally native to Asia and parts of Europe. Kashmir is grown in Nepal and Western Himalaya at an altitude of more than five thousand feet, but now it is cultivated all over the world. It is widely grown in France and to a lesser extent in Italy and China for perfumery.

Its plant is generally produced in summer. And it is difficult to identify this plant in the rainy season. In winters the leaves become less. The fruits fall off while it flowers in the month of April and is collected in this season. If the flowers are chewed, then some fragrant saliva comes out. There are more than 200 varieties of banana fish. The major cultivars that are cultivated for their fragrance include Parma and Victoria.

Herbal teas in bulk

Originating in China, where it was thought to have medicinal properties, tea's history is closely intertwined with the history of botany and herbal medicine. Legend states that the very first cup of tea was drunk in 2737BC by the Chinese emperor Shennong, believed to be the creator of Chinese medicine.
Herbal teas in Kashmir

Herbal teas are teas made from plants, seeds, flowers, roots or fruits of all plants except Camellia sinensis (lipton/Kashmiri). They have been used as natural home remedies for thousands hundreds and thousands of years.

Before the invention of modern medicine, herbs-roots,leafs and seeds were used for treating anything from infections to rashes and fevers. Although many of them have been around for hundreds, if not thousands of years, some of them still need more research to prove its benefits. However, one thing is for sure–herbal teas have been deeply rooted into our lives, and are often much more than just herbal remedies.

Benefits of herbal teas
With thousands of herbal teas come thousands of different flavors and benefits. Some herbs may taste better in blends, some are delicious on its own. Some cause no known side effects, while others should be taken only under the professional supervision. If you decide to use herbs for any health condition, even the minor ones, with herbal remedies, always consult your doctor.

HOW LONG SHOULD I STEEP AN HERBAL TEA?
Herbal blends should be steeped for 5+ minutes at a temperature of 212°F or 100°C.
Herbal blends typically contain a variety of plant herbs, spices, flowers, roots, berries, and barks, while tisanes are typically infusions of just dried fruits and berries.

DO HERBAL BLENDS CONTAIN CAFFEINE?
Herbal blends do not typically contain any caffeine (because there is no camellia synensis in herbal blends), although they may contain stimulating herbals such as yerba mate. It is important to always check the ingredient listing, and if in doubt about if it is safe for your consumption, consult professional medical advice.
